1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

A. Of the 7,984 square meters in Busan Geum-gu, Busan, the number of pages 59, 60, 61, 62, and 59 are indicated in the annexed drawings.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Of 7,984m2 (hereinafter “instant land”), the co-owners owned the Plaintiff’s 65404/79840 shares, and the Plaintiff’s 13230/79840 shares, respectively.

B. On March 2, 2009, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on March 1, 201, setting the deposit amount of KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won on the part E, with each point of the attached drawings on the ground of the instant land, which was previously leased by the Plaintiffs, for the purpose of increasing the monthly rent of KRW 51,50,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for the portion E, which was located on the ground of the instant land, and entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on March 1, 2011.

C. From around 2005, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with each point of 63,64,65,66, and 63 square meters per annum on the part E, E, 419 square meters per annum, which connects each point of 63,64, 65, 66, and 63 of the above map among the above land where the site was located, and entered into a lease agreement with 1,200,000 won per annum for the lease term of 1,80,000 won per annum for the lease term of 1,80,000 won per annum for the lease term of 67,68,69,70, and 67 square meters per annum for the same map where the site was located.

At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, a vinyl was installed with a structure built as a wooden channel on the ground above the ground, and the Defendant newly built a vinyl and planted trees on the ground above (b) part above, and planted trees on the ground above (c) part above the ground.

E. The Defendant shall install toilets (hereinafter “instant toilets”) on the ground of one square meter, which connects each point of 59, 60, 61, 62, and 59, which are indicated in the attached drawing among the instant land, in sequence.
