1. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents at the Seoul Southern District Court, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 6, 2013.

2. On January 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended execution of each sentence on January 29, 2016 by the Seoul High Court on the grounds of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 29, 2016.

1. In order to conceal the fact that a private citizen worked as an insurance designer in the future of a stock company with three life insurance contracts, and a small mother arbitrarily terminated the insurance products subscribed in the name of “E” and receives refund money and consumes all for personal purposes, the private defendant prepared an investment payment agreement with the content that he/she guarantees the payment of investment earnings to “E”, and tried to present the said document to “three life insurance in the future of the stock company,” affixing the seal of “three life insurance” to “E”.

On January 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily dismissed three seals in the name of the life insurance company in the future of the company for the purpose of exercising them at a light place.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the seal in the name of three life insurance in the future of the corporation.

2. On January 2013, the Defendant, the above investigator, posted the seal of three life insurance in the future of a forged company and presented the said written investment payment agreement to E in the office of the branch office in a manner consistent with three life insurance in the future.

3. On April 2013, the Defendant of a private document forged a receipt of insurance premium in the name of three life insurance in the future of a stock company for the purpose of utteringing the fact that he/she consumed the insurance refund of E for personal use, as described in paragraph (1).
