1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 43,266,797; and (b) against Plaintiff B and C, KRW 22,177,864; and (c) against each said money, March 12, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The Defendant is a stock company that runs the business of selling petroleum, and the Defendant is a stock company that runs the business of selling petroleum. The Defendant is a stock company with the land of 1,125 square meters of E gas station site and the land above the land of 1,125 square meters of land
(2) In the name of “Friju station” (hereinafter “Friju station”), the Plaintiff is an employee of the Defendant.
G (the deceased) as the wife of the Plaintiff A, is a person who died from a fire that occurred in the instant building as seen below.

B and C are children between the plaintiff A and the deceased.
B. From March 18, 2016, the Defendant employed the Plaintiff A as an employee working in the gas station of this case from around March 18, 2016, and allowed the Plaintiff’s family members to reside in the instant building. 2) At the time of the occurrence of a fire to be seen below, the Plaintiff, B, and the Deceased resided in the instant building.
3) Meanwhile, from the business that the Defendant employed the Plaintiff as an employee to the day immediately before the accident, the Deceased provided the Defendant’s 10,000 won (total 7 persons) to the Defendant’s gas station employees, and the Defendant directly provided the Deceased with 100,000 won per week, rice 40 km, and 40,000 won per month. (c) On March 11, 2017, at the time of the occurrence of the instant fire and the occurrence of the fire, the fire occurred in the instant building around 01:06, and was completed on the same day at around 01:25.
2) The lower forest is the entire structure of the instant building. The instant fire, as a result of the fire site inspection by the competent fire station, was identified as the first step around the left-hand of the entrance entrance of the front door of the instant building.
The Deceased is dead in the part indicated as a forest on the inside.
