A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative of the “D” in Ansan-si, Seoul 5Ra 408, is an employer who runs a painting disposal business using four full-time workers.

A business owner shall take measures necessary for the prevention of hazards caused by machinery, apparatus, and other equipment in operating his/her business, and where workers perform the work of handling heavy objects in places where material objects are removed or anticipated to fall, he/she shall prepare a work plan which includes the matters that may prevent disasters, such as fall, fall, electric intensity, narrowness, collapse, etc., in order to prevent hazards to workers, and shall designate an ordering person to conduct the work in accordance with the work plan and have him/her conduct the work.
