1. The defendant,
A. The plaintiff A’s KRW 50 million and the plaintiff’s 5% per annum from August 17, 2007 to February 4, 2010.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant union is a corporation established under the Act on the Special Measures for Development of Agricultural and Fishing Villages with 50 farmers as its members, preparing its articles of association around March 1994.
B. On March 15, 2002, Plaintiff A, who was the president of the Defendant Union, was appointed on March 18, 2002, and was dismissed on August 18, 2007, serving as the president of the Defendant Association.
C. Around July 2007, the Defendant Union (hereinafter “Defendant Union”) convened an extraordinary general meeting and made decisions on the Defendant Union when more than 10 members, including E, F, G, H, H, I, J, K, K, L, M, N,O, Plaintiff A, etc., remain pending issues.
In order to acquire the property of the defendant union, the defendant union recognized the shares by inviting investors to acquire the property of the defendant union, and the transfer of shares has been approved without special procedures.
E. On April 25, 200, the Defendant Union purchased 23954 square meters of P forest and Q forest and 26200 square meters of Q forest, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 30, 200. On November 2, 2002, the Defendant Union purchased 1977 square meters prior to R on November 2, 200, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 27, 2002.

F. As to the S Farming Complex, Plaintiff A acquired 1/16 shares of 1/16 shares of I, T, U,V, and W, and Plaintiff A acquired 6/16 shares of 6/24 July 24, 2007. Plaintiff C acquired 1/16 shares of X, and Plaintiff B acquired 1/16 shares of Y.

G. The Defendant Cooperative owned a 1949m2, 1949m2, AAA 36m2, AB 222m2, AC 110m2, and a warehouse and management room on the above ground (hereinafter “AD cultivation complex”), which was around July 24, 2007, around 207, Plaintiff A owned 6/34m2 and Plaintiff C owned 1/34 shares.

H. On September 13, 2007, the Defendant Union sold AD farming complex at KRW 650 million to AE farming association corporations.
I. On August 16, 2007, the market price of S Farming Complex was 973,484,000 won, and on August 21, 2008, the market price was 992,67.
