Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim E (son, July 2003).

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a minor under 13 years of age who is a relative.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Relatives) and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by quasi-performance of minors under the age of 13), the Defendant, on March 3, 2013, took advantage of the fact that the victim (in the case of women, nine years of age) was in an impossible condition to resist due to sleep and added his/her hand to the victim’s seat.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a minor under 13 years of age by using the victim's resistanceable condition.

4. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (the act of a minor under the age of 13) is committed by the Defendant on the top of a H white truck driving by the Defendant on the ground that the victim (the age of 12) 21:00 on the ground that he/she had sexual conversations with his/her friendships via the Internet around 2015.
