Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2012, around 14:00 on October 20, 2012, the Defendant saw the gap in the third floor of the building C at Changwon-si, the third floor of the building C, as if the place was mixed, to take the marriage answer items prepared by the mixed owners as if they were married guests who paid the money.
