Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 11 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 13, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Suwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

On April 21, 2020, the Defendant driven a FK 3 car while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.149% with a blood alcohol concentration from around 300 meters from the upper right of the C before the K to the front right of the D materials E at about 300 meters.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the regulations prohibiting drinking driving more than twice.
