Reasons
1. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant leased No. 112 Dong-dong 112, 801, and paid KRW 80,000 to the Defendant a deposit of KRW 80,000,00 from the Defendant on October 15, 2015, and the said apartment was delivered to the Defendant on March 23, 2018 upon expiration of the period thereafter.
Nevertheless, the defendant did not receive the deposit from the defendant.
