The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The accused shall disclose the summary of the judgment of innocence.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. In misunderstanding of facts and misunderstanding of legal principles, the Defendant is “B” except for the following “a summary of the facts charged” in the victim B or below.

Under the agreement with the corporation, the corporation has been engaged in the telecom with the wife's telephone, and there was no sexual relationship with B.

Nevertheless, the lower court erred by misapprehending the legal doctrine and misunderstanding the facts charged by deeming that the Defendant had raped B.

B. The lower court’s sentence of unreasonable sentencing (three years of imprisonment, etc.) is excessively unreasonable.

2. Determination on the grounds for appeal

A. The summary of the facts charged is between the Defendant and the victim B (the age of 24).

From March 23, 2017 to March 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) returned home from Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government first to the new wall; and (b) took a supper between C and another company fee; and (c) C first returned home and the victim could not properly divide the body of his/her satisfaction, and (d) was able to commit rape.

On March 24, 2017, at around 02:41, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim on a bed; (b) laid off the victim’s panty E in a bed; (c) laid off the victim’s panty; and (d) her am and her chest, left the victim’s son and her chest; (b) her son, her son, her son, her son, her son, her son, and her son, her son, and her son, her son, her son, and her son, her son, her son, and her son, her son, her son, and her son, her son

Accordingly, the Defendant raped the victim.

B. On the grounds delineated below, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds that it was found that the Defendant raped B as stated in the instant facts charged.

(1) The statements made by B on the core damage situation shall be conducted by police investigation, prosecutor's office, and court of original judgment after filing a complaint.
