A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
While the Defendant had operated “E K Kinginging practice” in Heak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, on July 7, 2012, the Defendant employed the Victim F (n, 26 years of age) who is a disabled person of Grade II and Grade III intellectual disability as a part-time student (n, 26 years of age).
1. On July 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts against Persons with Disabilities) continued to engage in the said singing practice room in the victim’s work from around 18:00 to around 06:00 on the following day, to the effect that “the victim’s sex relationship” is “defects,” and the victim refused to do so, thereby making the victim knee and knee in the victim’s knee and kne, and placing both descendants in the victim’s clothes, thereby committing an indecent act against the disabled victim by force.
2. I do not do so,” the defendant, who refuses to do so, and the victim refuses to do so continuously, “I will do so,” and “I will do so?” The victim is a disabled person by force with a single sexual intercourse with the victim who frightened it.
