A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Illegal confinement;

A. From around 09:00 on August 26, 2013 to 10:00 on the same day, the Defendant reported that the Defendant would come to work for the victim during the dispute between the Defendant and related persons F (n, 24 years of age) and the date of his/her residence in the E-stud room, which is the Defendant’s residence near the D University, and that from around 09:00 on August 26, 2013, the Defendant detained the victim for about one hour by threatening him/her to reflect the face of the reported victim and preventing him/her from going to work.

B. At around 22:00 on August 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim a passenger car on the street in front of the G G building in the Gumi-si; and (b) sent the victim a bath to “absing” without any justifiable reason after boarding the passenger car on the top of the operation of the said car; and (c) driven the passenger car to the end of the said E-studio by driving the car on the street with the victim frighting the frighten victim.

C. On October 3, 2013, from around 11:00 to 16:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) shouldered the Defendant who was waiting for the victim’s female-friendliness 205, who was waiting for the victim to play together with the Defendant; (b) shamped the Defendant “Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre, Irre the victim’s body, so I am out of the victim’s body so that I am unable to leave the victim’s body.

2. The Defendant, from September 18, 2013 to around 04:00 on the same day, is in the old-si ward from around 05:0 on the same day.
