A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have the above rule, and was thought to use the money as a price for goods by receiving money from the damaged person as a living expense, etc., so even if receiving money from the damaged person, there was no intention or ability to send the victim with the important soil to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 80,000,000 won from the victim to the Daegu Bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day as the purchase price, and received from the victims on April 16, 2018 the sum of KRW 4,76,000 from the victims on 12 occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table, from April 16, 2018.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 1542" has no special property around December 2017 and is economically difficult due to lack of a certain occupation or income, in fact, E is a kind of friendship.
