Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2017, the Defendant did not have any special property, and because there was no certain occupation or income, making it economically difficult for him to live. In fact, the Defendant made a false statement that he sells used goods via the Internet even though he did not think of the sale of used goods, thereby raising a living cost by receiving the price of goods from an unspecified person.

1. On November 9, 2017, the Defendant advertised the content of “sale of a high-speed radio charging machine with a mobilephone music seter,” on the bulletin board of the medium and high-speed country, which is the Internet trading site, to the effect that “If sending KRW 20,00,00,000 to the victim B who reported the content, the Defendant would send the radio charging machine under the high-speed of Samsung C regularly, to the Defendant.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim as above, he did not have the intention or ability to send the victim with high speed radio charging machines.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 20,000 won from the victim to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant at around 14:37 of the same day from the victim, under the name of high-speed radio charging machines.

2. Around November 9, 2017, the Defendant advertised on the bulletin board of the “Jon High Country” to the effect that “The Defendant would sell a high-speed radio charging machine with a mobilephone music screen screen screen”, and made a false statement to the effect that “the Defendant would send a high-speed radio charging machine to the victim C, who reported and contacted with the victim C who sent KRW 30,000,000,000.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim as above, he did not have the intent or ability to send the victim with an interview stand or high-speed radio charging machine.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim, shall be 30,000 in the name of the purchase price for an interview stand and high-speed wireless charging machine, around 15:15 on the same day from the victim.
