A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2013, at around 00:40 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant visited a place at the C District of the Chuncheon Police Station located in Chuncheon-si B at the expense of the taxi fee, and was in the influence of alcohol to take the taxi engineer, and the police officer gets out of the Defendant, by putting the entrance of the said district, and 110,000 won of the repair cost.

The Defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices as such, thereby impairing their utility.
