A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The victim C(50 years of age) and the victim D(53 years of age) are married couples who operate the “Fings” in Soon-gu E at the time of the transfer to a third party, and the Defendant entered the singing room operated by the victims as customers on October 1, 2015.

At the above time and place, the Defendant: (a) considered the victim C to the effect that the talkers asked to do so immediately; (b) carried the victim C’s fat with the Defendant’s left hand, fating three times the victim’s satch; (c) fating the victim’s head on the part of the victim’s head; (d) fating the victim’s head on the part of the victim C; and (e) fating the victim’s head on the part of the victim C; and (e) fating the victim’s hand, which is a dangerous object in the karaoke; and (e) fating the victim’s hand in the process, the Defendant fated the part of the fingerer’s hand to C; and (e) tried to fat the victim’s around 50cm, which is a dangerous thing (e.g., 50cm in length); and (e) tried to fat the victim’s body for treatment for 20 meters in favor of the victim C.

As above, the Defendant continued to say that the above C was frightened by the victim D, which was dangerous to the victim D, and was frightened by the Defendant’s lush hand once, resulting in an injury to the victim D, such as crums and tensions for about 14 days in need of medical treatment.
