A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant thought that he was friendly with the victim B (V, 45 years of age) and the defendant's friendly arrest victim C (V, 53 years of age) were doubtful.

1. Crimes around October 6, 2020 (special injury, special property damage, and special damage to a structure);
