Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2014, at around 01:15, the Defendant started from the bicycle clateral parking lot located in Ulsan Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, and driven a B clateral car with approximately 5 meters of alcohol content 0.182% under the influence of alcohol concentration before the bicycle clateral.
