Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2006, the Defendant issued a fine of KRW 500,000 to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 3, 2006, and on April 3, 2012, a fine of KRW 2 million from the Busan East East District Court to the same crime.

On July 1, 2014, at around 22:55, the Defendant, from the gravel market conference center located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the front day of the Southern-do fishing in the same Dong, driven a car with approximately 100 square meters of blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.182% under the influence of alcohol level.
