Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2012, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven a 49cc vehicle without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol 0.151% of alcohol without a driver’s license, at a section of approximately 150 meters in front of “new interest house” located in the same 95-1, from the map of the place where it is difficult to know the South-gu Sea-do Do Do Dogdong at port.
