1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as 25% per annum from October 16, 2008 to April 21, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff can recognize that on October 16, 2008, the plaintiff lent KRW 200,000 to the defendant 3% per month of interest rate and November 16, 2008 of the due date.

2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages at the rate of 200,000,000 per annum from October 16, 2008, which is the date of the lease, to April 21, 2016, which is the delivery date of the instant complaint, and at the rate of 25% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

3. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
