1. The Defendant’s KRW 208,630,136 among the Plaintiff and KRW 200,000 among them, shall be from October 18, 201 to July 14, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 26, 2010, the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 200 million to the Defendant at the rate of 3% per July 26, 2010 and interest rate.

B. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 60 million to the Defendant on April 26, 2010, and KRW 140 million on October 18, 2010, pursuant to the above agreement.

C. Since then, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to change the repayment period of KRW 200 million to January 18, 201.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest of KRW 20 million and KRW 60 million per annum calculated by the rate of 30% per annum from April 26, 2010 to October 17, 2010, calculated by the rate of 8,630,136, total sum of KRW 208,630,136, and KRW 200 million per annum from October 18, 2010 to July 14, 2014, to the Plaintiff at the rate of 30% per annum that the Plaintiff seeks, and interest of KRW 25% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
