Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 300,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2016, the Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants: (a) around 02:50 on the fifth floor of the D Building in Mapo-si; (b) around 02:50 on June 4, 2016, Defendant B, who was suffering from the defect in the dispute between Defendant A and the victim F (the age of 23) who was located in his house; and (c) Defendant B, who was suffering from the defect in the dispute between the two descendants of the said victim; and (d) Defendant A, mutatis mutandis, got the victim of his house inside the drinking house.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

2. Defendant A’s crime committed an act of assaulting the victim G (at the age of 24) of the said F’s friendship with the victim G (at the age of 24) of the said F’s sony at the temporary location set forth in the above paragraph (1) by reporting the Defendant’s son’s sony and doing a dispute, and assaulting the said victim at one time.
