Punishment of the crime

Hunting shall not be allowed at a place within 100 meters from the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who obtained permission for possession of guns from the head of the Sacheon Police Station on January 17, 2016, performed hunting in a place within 100 meters from the road by launching twice the shot gun owned by the Defendant (permission number: D, total number E) in order to discover strif and respond to strifs at the attached guidance point among the 10:29, Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, in order to discover strifs and respond to the discovery of strifs.
