A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On April 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) transferred 600,000 won to E’s account (G) under the name-free Internet drug sales (i.e., telephones), which was known to E, from the automatic deposit and withdrawal machine at the point of leaving C Cooperatives located in Dobong-si, Namyang-si; (b) around 23:50 on the same day, the Defendant purchased mephones and rophones with mecopic bags (i.e., one logphones; hereinafter “rophones”) in which the sales of narcotics is hidden under the above drug sales.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 5, 2020, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in a dormitory in the I factory located in H at Namyang-si, Namyang-si, in a way that the Defendant puts the philophones into a string place the string place by heating the lower side into a stringer, and then inhales the steam emitted from the string.
