1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 26, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. In light of the purport of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 70 million to the Defendant on April 14, 2016 by setting the due date for payment as April 13, 2017, and there is no counter-proof otherwise.

B. According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum from May 26, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, sought by the Plaintiff after the due date for repayment of the loan amount of KRW 70 million and the day of full payment of the original copy of the instant payment order.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim can be accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
