The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Upon receipt of the request from B to purchase apartment owned by the Defendant, the Defendant made a real estate sales contract in which the name of a licensed real estate agent is contained in the name of a real estate agent, and had the intention to use the real estate sales contract in the name of a licensed real

1. On March 12, 2018, the Defendant forged private document: (a) entered a sale and purchase contract of real estate (multi-family) in a place where his/her address is unknown; (b) Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment E; (c) KRW KRW 320,000 (Won 320,000,000); (d) seller A; buyer F; and practicing licensed real estate agents’ offices of G real estate agents; (b) printed out two copies; and (c) affixed C’s signature next to C’s name and arbitrarily affixed C’s seal.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right and obligation, the Defendant forged a sales contract of real estate in the name of C, a private document on the right and obligation.

2. On March 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) submitted a copy of the forged real estate sales contract to an employee who is not aware of the forgery in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) around April 26, 2018, the Defendant presented a copy of the forged real estate sales contract to the Seongbuk-gu Office, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, which is not known of the forgery; and (c) exercised one copy of the forged real estate sales contract to an employee.
