Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2014, the Defendant sold the 4th floor commercial building in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and handed over the building to the victim C.

At around 08:00 on June 2014, the Defendant opened a door of the second floor office, which was corrected to the two-story key after going to the entrance of the above building, and intruded into the building managed by the victim.
