A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:46 on February 23, 2019, on the ground that her wife D was not subject to telephone at the Defendant’s residence located in B building C; and (b) on the part of her inner floor, the Defendant: (c) destroyed a part of shed on the inner floor, which had a fire in a stop lighting with a log in his/her possession; and (d) was laid down

2. On April 2, 2020, at around 18:50 on April 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-gu Seoul building E-building F, the Defendant: (b) caused the Defendant’s wife D to put alcohol in the house at work on credit due to mountain days; (c) caused the Defendant to put him to the kitchen; (d) caused the Defendant’s use of the kitchen, which had already been in possession of the toilet, to stop the kitchen; and (e) caused the Defendant’s fire.

3. On April 2, 2020, the Defendant, at around 19:20 on Apr. 2, 2020, posted a phone call to the wife D, who was out of the place specified in the preceding port, and then cut off the phone, and destroyed part of the brue and the brue plate by attaching fire to the stop of the brue, which was placed on the floor board by using the bruter in advance.

4. On April 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 19:40 on April 2, 2020, the Defendant: (b) attached a dog in possession of a dog in advance at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (2); (c) destroyed part of the brue suspension and the brue on the inner floor by setting fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the property owned by others four times as above, thereby causing public danger.
