A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 7, 2019, H, around 04:06, loaded the bridge and demonstration goods into the center of the main building of the Jeju-do Office, and laid down to Defendant C, D, D, E, F, and G. 2. It is difficult to prevent access roads due to the fact that the above central office stairs are occupied.
