On August 2, 2019, at around 01:15, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle under the influence of 0.110% of blood alcohol concentration at approximately 300 meters from the section of approximately 300 meters from the front of Seongdong-gu Seoul to the front of the E Station No. 2 located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. D.
