A, B, and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,00,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,00, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] Defendant B was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted murder at the Incheon District Court on March 24, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 23, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendants’ status E is the Secretary-General of the F organization (hereinafter “F”), G is the secretary-general of the F Department, and G is the vice-general of the F affairs, and the Defendants are engaged in a private parking agency business that receives fees from customers using an airport at the Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport in 272, Jung-gu.

2. On the premise of facts, an airport facility shall not conduct any business without the approval of the manager of the airport facility (Article 106-2(1)1 of the Aviation Act), and the Incheon Airport Corporation that manages the Incheon International Airport has approved, every five years, to conduct a parking agency business in the airport facility in the Incheon International Airport.

Defendant

Some private parking agents, including C, have established H around May 13, 2013, while engaging in parking agency business in the Incheon International Airport Airport Airport Facilities, and have continued to oppose the control of the Incheon Airport Corporation's side and conduct private parking agency business in airport facilities.

3. Joint crimes committed by E and Defendant C (Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act);

A. Private parking agents, including Defendant C, were urged to refrain from continuing the private parking agency business by prohibiting the use of sets used for the acceptance of vehicles from the side of the Incheon Airport Corporation, etc. In response, Defendant C asked E, the secretary general of the F Secretariat known through I, to pressure the victim Incheon Airport Corporation along with H members and F members.
