Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2017, around 14:05, the Defendant was aware of and did not receive a debit card under the name of the president E of the Recycling Center, in front of the “C Recycling Center” located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul.

주장하면서 언쟁을 벌이다가, 피해 자로부터 손바닥으로 얼굴을 얻어맞자 화가 나, 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 가격하여 피해자에게 좌측 눈 밑이 찢어져 다섯 바늘이나 꿰매게 하는 등의 상해를 가하였다.
