Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on the ground that the victim D working for Busan City as an employee of “E hotel” room 1916, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s hotel business by force by opening the entrance of the above guest room for about one hour and 15 minutes while the victim continued to make a refund despite the victim’s endeavoring to do so; (b) making the victim a large amount of noise in English, etc. so that the above hotel employees are prevented from performing their duties by avoiding a small amount of money for about 15 minutes; and (c) making the above hotel employees resist the hotel business by force on the ground that other customers, such as F, etc., are slick.
