Punishment of the crime

D Co., Ltd. is a corporation that runs a lodging business in the "F hotel" located in Busan Shipping Daegu E, G is the representative director of D, and the defendant is the chief director of D.

F Hotels divided ownership of hotel rooms, but the hotel management body composed of divided owners entered into a contract to entrust H with the management and operation of guest rooms around July 2009.

However, among the above sectional owners of the hotel guest room, the owners of 169 guest rooms, who were dissatisfied with the distribution of the profits of H, concluded the consignment operation contract with H on or after June 30, 2012 between April 201 and June 2012, with H, for the period of which the consignment management contract with H was terminated.
