Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.125% on April 30, 2019 as a person engaged in driving of B rocketing and other automobiles, and led the said car to turn to the left from the direction of D apartment in the direction of the Eastan Police Station in the event of economic globalization.
