A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:05 on October 30, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.129% from the roads of the Sejong Kandong apartment located in 90, a U.S.-gu, U.S., Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, to the shooting distance prior to the “D” located in the 14km-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
