The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant unilaterally committed an assault against the victim and does not inflict an injury on the victim.

According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below (in particular, witness H's legal statement in the court below), the defendant and the victim were seriously damaged by the victim during the dispute in F'F operated by the above H on May 30, 2012, the defendant was also able to find the defendant guilty of all the charges of this case, including the fact that the victim was injured by the victim's head debt, and the victim suffered bodily harm, such as the impairment of the victim's head debt. Furthermore, since the above harmful act of the defendant has the nature of attack at the same time as a defensive act, it is difficult to view it as self-defense or excessive defense, and it is difficult to view it as a legitimate act acceptable in light of social ethics or social norms, the above argument by the defendant is without merit.
