1. The instant lawsuit becomes final and conclusive on November 1, 2019, when the payment order was issued on October 1, 2019 by this Court on October 11, 2019.

The facts that there is no dispute, and according to the purport of the entire facts and arguments in this court, according to ① the payment order as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article with the same content as the purport of the claim on October 11, 2019, and ② the defendant's co-defendants and co-defendants of the payment order received the authentic copy of the payment order against the defendant on October 17, 2019, ② the defendant's written objection as to the payment order was submitted to this court on October 28, 2019, ② the defendant's written objection as to the above payment order was presented to this court on October 28, 2019, ③ the defendant was present on the third date for pleading of this case on February 6, 2020, and stated that "the defendant first sees that it was not submitted, and it is not written in writing."

On October 28, 2019, a written objection under the name of the defendant against the above payment order was prepared and submitted by a third party, who is not the defendant, without permission, and thus is null and void. As a result, the defendant did not raise an objection within 2 weeks even if the original copy of the payment order under Paragraph (1) of the disposition was lawfully served, the lawsuit in this case was terminated upon November 1, 2019 when the above payment order became final and conclusive.
