1. The instant lawsuit was filed on December 18, 2019 for the land use fee case with the Jung-gu District Court Goyang Branch 2019 tea 2079.

1. The Plaintiff filed an order against the Defendant for payment of land usage fees (hereinafter “instant payment order”). On December 18, 2019, the court issued a payment order with the purport that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of complete payment, and the amount of money calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of complete payment” (hereinafter “the instant payment order”). The Defendant works as part-time instructors, etc. with the Defendant in 1986. The Defendant was served with the original copy of the instant payment order on January 30, 2020, and the Defendant did not raise an objection against the instant payment order until 14 days have passed from the date when the original copy of the instant payment order was served on January 30, 202, and the Defendant did not dispute with the Plaintiff or clearly raised the objection against the instant payment order.
