2. Determination
A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that the Plaintiff’s vehicle left left a left turn using a one-lane, the left-hand lane, while the Plaintiff’s vehicle attempted to turn to the left at a two-lane, the Defendant’s exclusive lane, and the said accident occurred, so there is no negligence on the Plaintiff’s driver.
Therefore, the plaintiff is not liable for damages caused by the above accident.
B.
