Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim B are friendship, and the victim began business after the business report on June 30, 2017 and the business registration was completed on July 1, 2017 in the name of the Defendant with respect to the “D Beauty,” which is in the sealed city C. However, from January 2018, disputes arose between the Defendant and the victim regarding the business rights of the above beauty art room.
