The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff operates the beauty art room (hereinafter “Plaintiff beauty room”) with the trade name “F” from the building in the building in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and the second floor, and Defendant B operates the beauty art room with the trade name “H” from Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Defendant beauty art room”).

Defendant C was enrolled in the Plaintiff Beauty on December 13, 2017, and was finally withdrawn on December 4, 2018, and currently served in the Defendant Beauty Room.

Defendant D was discharged from the Plaintiff beauty room until June 30, 2019, and currently served in the Defendant beauty room.

B. From June 13, 2017, the Plaintiff started public relations activities of Plaintiff Beauty through the platform of “J” under its subsidiaries, which was developed by Plaintiff I from around June 13, 2017.

The beauty art room is being exposed to the highest level in case of search by J as "person".

C. From March 2019, Defendant B publicizedd Defendant B’s beauty room using the above J, and Defendant C recommended Defendant B to use the J at the time.

The defendant beauty room currently consists of four partitionss below the plaintiff beauty room in case of search from J to "incheon". D.

J is an online service leading to the beauty room and customer online, customers directly select and make a promise to the beauty room and beauty room registered by J, and reflects the customer's evaluation of the service after beauty service.
