A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was a person engaged in driving a vehicle Benz SLK200, and the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol around 09:21 on February 25, 2019, while driving the said vehicle at a level of 0.155% alcohol level, and led the support intersection-only lane in the border water of the Sinwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
At the time, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was unable to drive a balk normally and mentally to the extent that it is difficult for the Defendant to operate the Hand and balk as intended, but was unable to properly operate the balk by driving the said vehicle, the Defendant’s back part of the victim C (n. 43 years old) driving which was parked in the signal line at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle was turned out as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and the said D’s vehicle was pushed ahead of the Defendant’s vehicle due to its shock, and the said D’s vehicle was driven by the victim E (S. 41 years old) driving, which was parked in the atmosphere of the signal line from the front bank, and was in need of approximately 2 weeks medical treatment for the said victim, and the said victim was in need of approximately 2 weeks medical treatment for the above 2 weeks, and the victim’s 27 years old passenger vehicle was in need of treatment for the said 27 years old passenger vehicle. The above 27 years old passenger vehicle was opened.
2. On February 25, 2019, the Defendant driving a car from approximately 9km to approximately 1214 meters in front of the road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, where he/she was under the influence of alcohol 0.155% of blood alcohol level on February 25, 2019.
