Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2013, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a Category B-owned Lone Star Free Vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 70 meters at approximately 0.071%, at the same time from the public parking lot in the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the same road of 1149-3.
