Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, at the house of the victim D (the 65 years of age, n) located in Seodaemun-si, and (b) around 20:0, on the ground that the victim did not have a good door to the Defendant, and (c) caused the victim’s head head knife and skes with his hand, and (d) caused the victim’s knife with his hand, and (e) caused the victim’s knife with his arms in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
