Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, on the street in front of “Chop” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; (b) on the ground that the victim D (the victim 49 years old) was not in front of the mouth that “the Defendant winded,” and (c) caused the victim’s crogate to be spathed and pushed down the victim’s shoulder, thereby causing the victim’s shoulder to go beyond the victim’s shoulder with drinking, thereby leading the victim to approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
