A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against assault is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) are those engaged in driving of CAD vehicles;

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of CAD car, operated the said car without mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place under the preceding paragraph.

3. The Defendant causing property damage, as seen above, has fledd the victim E in the vicinity of a traffic accident and escaped, and taken the Defendant with gallon 2 gamera around that time, the said smartphone was laid off on the road surface by cutting off the said smartphone, thereby shouldering the victim’s face.
