Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in Busan District Court on September 30, 201, and was finalized on October 8, 2010 and driven BM7 vehicles.

At around 21:50 on February 10, 2008, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license at a section of about 3 km from the Busan Bank located in the Dog-dong, Busan to the street in front of the Dog-dong, Dog-dong, Busan.
