If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

The Defendant also is the driver of the freight truck.

On October 24, 2013, at around 21:10, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle over about 10 meters at the ground parking lot for Dog-gu apartment located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 99-1, while under the influence of alcohol 0.122% of alcohol concentration.
